Steve Foisy |
Our Team Leader Steve Foisy has been a licensed Realtor since 1989 and a licensed Broker since 1992. He has been the Broker of 3 large offices, one of which had as many as 135 agents. Steve served on the Board of Directors for the Washington County Board of Realtors from 1992 to 1996 and the Board President in 1997. He served on the Board of Directors for the Utah Association of Realtors from 1997 to 1998. In addition to his work in the real estate field, he was the President of the Hurricane Valley Chamber of Commerce in 2004 and currently serves on the board of directors. Steve has resided in Southern Utah for most of his life and is the proud father of five children and eight grandchildren. He resides in St George with his wife Teresa and enjoys the outdoor recreation and quality of life that Southern Utah is known for.

I was born in Aberdeen, South Dakota and grew up on a farm my Norwegian ancestors homesteaded in the 1880’s. I lived most of my life in South Dakota. College, the Air Force, the Postal Service and various businesses have been my professional life. My wife Dawn works with the Post Office and has for 24 years. We have lived in the St. George area for over 10 years and love it here. My hobby is older cars (60’s & 70’s) and my passion is helping people buy and sell Real Estate.
